In short the 6 stages are

  -Initiate

  -Fusion

  -Evolution

  -Embody

  -Arsenal

  -Nuclear

  These also represent the different ranks within the IGA, since power is what matters. Officer, Corporal, General, Commander.

  There are only 4 military ranks which are spread among the 6 stages. The Commanders are all Nuclear Stage Triggers with some exceptional Arsenal stages.

  There are 15 IGA Academy's across the solar system. Each planet has three of them. If Russel passes the intelligence test he will be send to academy 2. Since the IGA started from Earth 50.000 years ago they have bases 1-3.

  The from the 8 planets only 5 of them are fully colonized by the humans. Uranus and Saturn are overrun with beasts and are the territory between the humans and Trigors. This is also where the main war for resources is fought.

  "This is why I have never noticed anything from the Trigors except for when I was 12." Russel continues reading his notes as he presses a button to get a glass of water. It floats to his hand. Amazed by this technology Russel reclaims his focus and takes a sip before continuing reading his notes.

  The planets are in the following order closest to the sun: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. Saturn and Uranus are marked as red planets while Mercury as an orange planet and the rest is marked green besides Neptune which is marked black.

  Green stands for safe planet, orange for mildly dangerous, red for dangerous and lastly black for Lethal. The orange planet is mostly used as training missions for the IGA. The IGA could have long made it a green planet but decided not to do that. Now they send fresh Initiates to Mercury.

  The Trigors are highly adept in controlling Triggers. At the start of the Intergalactic war it is said that humanity captured a Trigor and extracted its secrets and stole their technology. This is the main reason that humanity is not winning yet. They have quantity but the Trigors have quality..

  The Trigors are highly aggressive, on average not very intelligent and incredibly strong. They have light red skin ranging to dark red and blue glowing eyes. The more eyes a Trigor has the more power it has. This can be ranked between 1-6. The blue king, which is what they call the leader of the Trigors has been alive for over 200.000 years. Whenever he appears in a battle, no one is left alive.

  Russel gets shivers while thinking about the things this Blue King must be capable of. The Trigor that he saw on Earth only had one blue eye!

  The thing about the blue eyes is that its not equal to the Trigger Stages. One eye blue eyed Trigor is equal to 10 Initiate Stage Humans. This shocks Russel a lot. But now it also makes sense that his dad took care of that Trigor back then so easily. He now understands more about the power dynamic of Trigors and the humans.

  Than there is a bunch of stuff about the history and the great battles of the past.

  The most noteworthy Russel found were:

  -The calamity in the year 0 and what started the war. An entire race on a small planet close to Mercury were wiped out by a single 6 eyed Trigor. This got a lot of attention and the reason why the IGA was founded.

  -The year 800, the first emergence of the Arsenal Stage.

  -The year 1594, the first emergence of the Nuclear Stage.

  -The year 2.192, the first planet colonized by the IGA.

  -The year 8.038, the first 10 races wiped out by the IGA.

  -The year 13.500, first confrontation with the Trigors they got pushed back of planet Jupiter by the IGA.

  -The year 21.782, capture of planet Jupiter and Venus by the IGA.

  -The year 28.439, Wipeout of the Slimpins, an air alien race which occupied manier airspace across different planets.

  -The year 33.399, major setback, the Trigors take Jupiter back.

  -The year 37.751, the IGA wipes out one of the last races, they can fully focus on the war with the Trigors.

  -The year 40.000, IGA takes back Jupiter and pushes the Trigors back to their home planet with Saturn and Uranus as neutral territory in between.

  There are a lot more in between events but Russel does not have a photographic memory and decides to learn these from his heart at minimum.

  Then lastly his notes about the Rainbow Faction. Information that Russel did not know yet. The Rainbow faction originates from the planet Jupiter. They hate the Trigger users and high technology and fight with their body. It consists only of humans and slight mix race humans with other watered down genetics in their DNA.

  The IGA wishes to get rid of them but has decided not too since they are too much of a force which also deters the Trigors a lot. They fight using their bodies and maximize their potential. The IGA does not know how it achieves this and wants their secrets. So Russel deduced that a cold war must be going on between them. Corporal Heicken also slightly hinted at this.

  "This Rainbow Faction is very interesting, if they work with the IGA they can bring it to new heights"

  Russel than snaps his fingers to turn off the lights and goes to sleep, after a dreamless sleep he wakes up to his alarm. Immediately he sits up and twiddles his fingers nervously. "It is time!".
