  As James prepared for Jel's attack, he could hear the whisperings of the crowd. “Jel’s going to wipe the floor with him!” one fan shouted, their faith in Jel unshakeable. “James doesn’t stand a ce against the ued champion!”

  As James dusted off his hands, a smirk pyed on his lips. “I guess you’ll have to wait for ime to prove it, then.” His calm demeanor was infuriating to Jel, who was now the focus of both mockery and sympathy.

  “Jel was supposed to be uable! What happened?” a spectator called out, disbelief g their words.

  “James is the real deal! He just put Jel in his pce!” someone else shouted, the excitement in their voice palpable.

  “Where’s all that talk now, Jel?” a fan teased, her ughter ringing out.

  Ryan, standing nearby, couldn’t help but chuckle at Jel’s predit. “Guess you were all talk, huh? How does it feel to get taken down so easily?”

  Jel shot Ryan a venomous gre. “You better watch your back too, Ryan. Just because your friend got lucky doesn’t mean I’m going to let it slide. I’ll destroy both of you ime!”

  The crowd began to rally around James, ting his name in exhiration. “James! James! James!” echoed through the gym, the t resonating with pride and unity.

  From the sidelioya and Mili exged gnces filled with admiration. “Did you see that? He took Jel down so quickly! He’s amazing!” Mili excimed, her face lighting up with excitement.

  Toya nodded enthusiastically, her earlier nervousness dissipating. “I knew he could do it! I always believed in him!”

  James soaked in the praise, but he remained grounded, knowing that this victory was just oep in a long journey. **Jel’s anger**, however, was simmerih the surface, and he was not finished yet. “You may have won this match, but I’ll be back,” he hissed, his voice low and menag. “ime, I won’t just break you; I’ll break your spirit.”
