Part-411

  Part- 411:

James could hear their whispered versations, but he didn’t mind. He was used to being the subject of specution, though this was the first time it wasn’t about his strength or martial arts prowess. He had been the "Judo guy" for so long, his prese the school associated with disciplirength, and strategy. But basketball? This was erritory, and it felt oddly freeing.

While the youudents exged murmurs, the older club members caught wind of James’s arrival. They exged relieved gnces, clearly excited. To them, James’s physical presence was a wele sight. His height, his athletic build, and his strong background in martial arts were precisely the kind of attributes they needed in a team. James had the potential to be an asset, but what mattered more was his ability to adapt to a different sport. His reputation might precede him, but he had to prove himself on the court, just like everyone else.

As they he court, Tahera cpped her hands together, drawing everyone’s attention. Her voice rang out clear and fident, filled with the enthusiasm that always seemed to apany her. James couldn’t help but admire her energy; it was tagious.

“Alright, everyone! I’m excited to annouhat we’ve got fifteehis season, with five new recruits,” she said, her voiing with excitement. The existing members leaned in, eager to hear the names of the new additions to their squad.

“Let’s give a warm wele to our new members!” Tahera tinued, gesturing toward James and the others, who stood a little awkwardly at the ter of the group. “First up, we have James, who will be pying as a ter for now!”

At her annou, the group erupted in appuse. James’s eyes widened slightly as he felt the heat of their gaze. There was a mix of admiration and awe, and he couldn’t help but feel a strange sense of pride. However, it quickly faded, repced by a feeling of humility. He hadn’t earheir respect yet. Not in basketball.

The appuse from the team slowly faded, and Tahera’s voice rang out again. “, we have Hasnaen, who will be our ter. Faisal, our new Point Guard! Rifat, another Shooting Guard, and finally, Adnan, another Shooting Guard!”

James gnced around, taking in the faces of the new recruits. He hadn’t expected to meet so many new pyers, but it was reassuring to know that he wasn’t the only newer. He smiled at each of them, aowledging their nervous yet eager expressions.

Tahera’s words shifted the atmosphere, her excitement a bit more trolled now as she began introdug the existing pyers. She gnced down at her clipboard, calling out names with a practiced ease, as though she had dohis a huimes before.
