  The scientific field of psionics is an ongoing study conducted under the surface of general attention relating to the aspects of psionics, which translates to data involving the Astral Plane and “psychic” powers/abilities. This compiled report highlights the current progress of this study (several collective studies under one single subject) conducted by several tiers of Altiri Scryers under various data acquisition protocols, and points to some clues regarding what people may experience after they die and move into the next phase of existence. The study itself is a tree-expansion learning field initially set forth by Altiri Scryer ~ Herios, and the continuation of this research will involve many directions and conclusions.

  The motivations of this research as well as the separation of empirical data versus theoretical data will be highlighted throughout the document. The purpose of this specific report is to explain, not to prove on any particular basis, and so all variables and data points provided may be referenced without a specific traceable source back to its origin, with some exceptions. Any traceback or direct reference in this report will not declassify the PI (personal information) of all involved bodies, or if it does, it shall not be included or mentioned.

  Psionics is an ongoing field of research. Currently, the group of interest (referred to as AVPSI) is operating as various foundations of Altiri Scryers (those native to the Altiri world and are thus non-human). The specifics of the research involve the phenomena known more commonly to others as Extra-Sensory Perception. The AVPSI is only interested in studying people who have proven to possess natural ESP abilities, and does not accept anecdotal evidence to support any particular claims about the field.

  Disclaimer: This document will not focus on specific identities of the Altiri people, who by definition (relative to humanity) are alien beings of the Genosis galaxy. Therefore, there are physiological differences of both the brain and body which explain some difference in psionic power levels between various people of interest. It is merely a footnote to mention that the Altiri, as people, are not of the same build as humans.
